                   AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AS "ST. STEPHENS 
                   PLACE" A HERETOFORE UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY IN 
                   THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE.

       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE that there be and is hereby 
       designated as "St. Stephens Place" a heretofore unnamed right- 
       of-way which intersects McCutcheon Road on its southern end and 
       intersects Lee Highway on its northern end in the City of 
       Chattanooga, Tennessee, as shown more particularly in the map 
       attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance 
       shall take effect two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
